Since our establishment in December 2011, ClassNK Consulting Service Co., Ltd. has been committed to optimizing customer satisfaction and service quality and reliability through the effective implementation of the ISO 9001 standard in everything we do.
On 28 July 2014, after successfully passing an audit by SGS, a world leader in certification services, we were awarded a Certificate of conformity to the ISO 9001 standard for all our activities.

Scope of Certification

Consulting and contracting of various services related to ship construction, operation, management, and recycling.

  • Support of document preparation for compliance with the requirements of International Conventions for the vessel.
  • Supervision of new shipbuilding on behalf of the ship owner (includes supervision on-site, attendance at surveys, and review of drawings).
  • Sales of support software for ship operation, maintenance, and analysis.
  • Bunker Fuel Analysis service.
  • Consulting on compliance with International Conventions and Technical Requirements.
